At Empire Tours & Travels, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have a transparent and flexible cancellation policy in place.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

30 days or more before the travel date:

Full refund after deducting 5% administrative charges.

15 to 20 days before the travel date:

50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before the travel date or no show:

No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation of Custom Tour Packages

For tailor-made or custom tour packages, cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and other third-party services. The applicable deduction will be informed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by Empire Tours & Travels

In the rare event that we have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), we will:

Offer a full refund, or Provide an option to reschedule or use the booking as credit for future travel with us.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.

The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
